After vetting of several vendors we decided on Special Forces. Their comprehensive services met all our diverse needs yet being cost effective. We are now entering our third year with Special Forces and have been very pleased with the results. When there is an issue they respond in a timely manner and get the resources needed to address the problem. They are professional and respective of our your property always maintaining a high level of quality service. Special Forces Building and Grounds has renovated apartments for my clients. These apartments were all older and some over 100 years old. They needed extensive work which often involved coordinating sub-contractors like plumbers and electricians. But most importantly, the SF crew had to adapt to every new problem that was discovered after renovation commenced. Rotted floors. Mold behind bathroom walls, window and door openings not square. The list goes on. If you renovate old buildings, you know how impossible it is to predict what you will encounter and how important it is to be able to keep the job moving forward. SF did a great job keeping the job going, overcoming obstacles and keeping me informed of the status along the way.

Your company provides maintenance and cleaning services for our building. I would like to provide you with some unsolicited feedback about the employee you have assigned to clean and maintain our office. He is very diligent in all his work, and I have been impressed with how hard he works while he is on site. He refuses to leave our building every day until he is satisfied that all he is responsible for has been done with the utmost quality. I have been an office manager for more than 15 years and have seen my share of cleaning and maintenance employes. I have never wrote a letter such as this about any of them. Thank you for all his hard work and diligence.
